Lot of people over the globe are highly desirous to remain fit, fine and healthier throughout their life. You're well aware that Yoga is the only remedy to fulfill this one & only great aim of our life.

Now a days, in this modern era of technological development and internet, one can find many sites & such other platforms that provides all required information able to serve this purpose without any charge. One simply have to join there as a member.

I have studied a lot and reached to a conclusion that if you are new to yoga, you can start achieving your goal by reading YOGA JOURNAL .It is an unique place on the Net with beginner yoga sequences, tutorials on foundational yoga poses, and answers to your questions on all the yoga basics. I am sure it can build strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper.

Even though, I can't understand why most people are not taking interest in any such activity! As I found, it is because of a vicious circle of time and interest! Lacking of time and little interest are two basic reasons that keep them away of thinking to be fit, fine & healthy!

People understand very well that there is definitely something beneficial however a big strength can't spare the required time! As such, it is very obvious that they can't go through it in a required ways and manners! As a result of this, they remain fail to understand it properly, and therefore, nothing can make them interested what so ever interesting information lies in front of them!
Ultimately, being uninterested they can't spare time to go through any such other interestingi information And thus, the vicious circle of lacking of time & interest always keep them all away of everything good for their wellness!

I found a scientific, that way logical and most practical solution to save you from being a victim of this vicious circle. Be assured you will not only become fit, fine and healthy very soon but you'll become a master of Yoga just within less than a year! So as to serve this purpose, I have selected 12 foundational Yoga poses and 24 URL links of various Yogasana from Yoga Journal.

You simply have to do two things. First, spare a little time of just 12 minutes in the morning constantly for 12 days. Allow only one minute to practice each pose at your best just for fun. Feel relaxed and easy without taking any tension wether you are doing it properly or not!

My experience proved that on 13nth day, you feel somewhat fresh. You feel some new energy inside of you. You feel some flexibility using your body. You also feel that some unnecessary fat and stiffness of your muscles is reduced. If you found yourself fail to feel any of these, I am sure you are not blessed a good health by the Almighty! So don't waste your time and energy and stop doing this excesirse from the very next morning.

But, if you found some positive gradual change within 10 days, I advice you to go with the second task. Click each URL link of Yogasana one by one whenever you're free. Allow 10 days to read, understand and practice each asama. There is no hurry and no exam! Take everything very easy. This sequence of asana is very carefully designed by me considering you as a less interested beginner. Every previous asana possesses something supportive to the next. So don't jump this sequence. I am very sure that one's your interest grows, as well, you will inspire and understand more. It may be possible that you complete all 24 asanas before six months!
