According to laws laid Down by the government of India forward caste or class, also known as upper caste or class, forward community, and General class is a term used in India to denote groups of people who do not qualify for any of the affirmative action schemes operated by the government of India. These schemes are known as Reservation Benefits. Varying by region these people now a days covers 25 per cent of the population of India.
At the other end, those groups who qualify are listed as Other Backward castes, Scheduled castes and scheduled tribes can take advantage of defined quotas amongst other benefits for education, special government schemes, government employment and political representation.
Being extremely generous the leaders runs the government of India always take advantage of these big strength of people in their desired ways because the lists are subject to change from time to time, dependent upon social, educational and economic factors!
It remains an extremely surprising fact that, although lists are produced for those groups entitled to take advantage of the quotas, there is no such list for the Forward or Upper caste group!!! If a person does not belong to any of the listed groups then that person is by default a member of a group classed as Forward caste!!!
Here are some bitter examples of the one among those who belongs to General Category or the upper caste in India:
The one among those who can be ruthlessly abused by using the caste word at any time anywhere!
The one among those most persecuted people because of being discriminated in the Constitution of the country as the upper caste!
The one among those who are highest oppressed people not only by the the Constitution but by the government of India!
The one among those who can be arrested without any inquiry unde ar the Atrocity Act 89!
The one among those people to whom NCSC and NCST were constituted to punish!
The one among those people special SCST court has been opened in every district to punish them!
The one among those for which no commission has been made for their wellfare since independence to tilldate!
The one among those whose living standard is considered so high that no government scheme is made for them for their benefit!
The one among those who teach their children by paying four times the fees in other schools in the school, they are poorly destitute!
The one among those who has to face legal discrimination in employment, promotion, home allotment etc.!
The one among those who cannot contest elections in 131 Lok Sabha seats and 1225 assembly seats in the country but have to vote!
The one among those who presently feels that "they voted to permit some politicians to loot them in the way they desire" however they voted to bring change to delegate power to a good government.
The one among those who are off and all requested that your whole heart is in the interest of the country.
Despite these much discrimination,
"It is the religion that prevails, the unrighteousness is destroyed, there is goodwill in the living beings, the welfare of the world"~is the spirit they are keeping at their highest are the people belongs to upper class.
Time is now fully riped off for the people belongs to upper class to teach a lesson to the politicians of the India.
